INTRO

What I like to do

Outside of work, I spend most of my time cooking🧑‍🍳, looking for good food to eat🍲, studying 🪷 Buddhist teaching and practicing meditation 🧘‍♀️. 

Nowadays I enjoy going to swim, sauna and hot-tub. I found that being in water is a great way for me to decompress. 

I also like stretching/yoga/tai-chi type of exercises.
